JOINT-VENTURE

Transforming opportunities into achievements, AviaAM Leasing continues to be a step ahead of rising markets and revealing new opportunities for funding capital. In 2016 the company created a partnership with Chinese state-owned company HNCA (Henan Civil Aviation Development and Investment Co.) to establish a Joint-Venture company – AviaAM Financial Leasing China.

AviaAM Leasing’s expertise in the field combined with strong governmental support from the Henan province and HNCA created an efficient synergy and laid a firm foundation for a trusted and reputable partner for the Asian airlines and financial institutions.

This collaboration resulted in significant cooperation with the world’s leading banks and funds, such as China’s Export-Import Bank, China’s Development Bank, Merchants Bank, Ping An Group and other financial giants.

Within the first two years, this joint venture in China has acquired 16 brand new Boeing 777 and Airbus A320 family aircraft, generating close to $1 billion fleet value investment and collaboration with TOP leasing airlines. The recent multi-aircraft deal by the joint venture was awarded as Asia’s Pacific Deal of the Year.
